Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING

We will try to process all orders as soon as we receive them, however during peak dispatch times and SALE times, delivery times may be extended. 

Our jewelery is hand made. Pieces aren’t always in stock, in which case your order will be on order and delivered within 6 weeks. If your order is in stock, we will post it within 3-5 days. If your item is required urgently, please email us at hello@indielocks.com.au and we will advise you if we can meet your required delivery date.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES 

The delivery timeframes are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Indielocks will do everything to meet the indicated delivery timeframes, but is not held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service or customs clearance. If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the parcel, in most cases it should be held at your local postal facility for a period of time. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and we’ll then contact you to arrange alternate delivery.

DOMESTIC (AUSTRALIA)

We offer free standard shipping for all orders placed in Australia

Once sent, orders within Australia should arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location. Regional areas may take a little longer. 

All of our customers will receive a shipping notification and tracking details once the order is sent.

Please allow 5 business days for order processing and packing.

For domestic orders, if your order is being processed by Australia Post we recommend using the following link to get an ETA from Australia Post:

 Please make sure that your postal address details are correct. If you’re concerned that your order has been lost or not delivered, we ask that you contact hello@indielocks.com.au with your order number handy, so that we can investigate. Once your order leaves, it is out of our control and we cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for any items lost during shipping.

In the event of items lost or damaged in transit, we can elect to either supply another product of the same or similar value, or pass on to you any compensation we can recover from the third party postal service, less our reasonable costs of investigating and applying for any compensation

RETURN POLICY

Every product we send out is quality controlled, however in the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it as long as contact is made with us immediately via email at hello@indielocks.com.au.  and it is returned to us within 14 days of delivery. 


We understand shopping online can sometimes be difficult. Whilst we’re confident you will love Indlielocks, if for some reason you’re unhappy, we will gladly offer a refund subject to following these steps:


  1. Contact hello@indielocks.com.au within 7 days of receiving your goods, with your full name, mobile number, order number and state the reason for your refund or exchange.
  2.  We will then email you our Returns Form, please fill out and follow the steps.
  3. Your item/s must be returned to Indielocks with a trackable shipping method. In its original packaging, brand new, undamaged and in protective postal packaging, within 14 days from date of delivery. Return of items that don’t meet this criteria will not be accepted.
  4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Once we receive your item within the returnable period and confirm it’s in re-sellable condition, we will confirm to you by email whether we can issue you a refund. Please allow 48hours for processing.
